It is our aim to despatch within 14 working days of receiving cleared payment for your order. If we are unable to meet this deadline for any reason we will contact you promptly by telephone or email.

Carriage by Royal Mail first class post is free to UK addresses. Please email for cost of alternative delivery methods or destinations outside the UK.

To reduce the waste we generate, packaging is often recyled in-house and your order may therefore be packaged in clean but pre-used materials. Please advise when placing your order if you require new packaging materials to be used.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for exchange or refund. Such items must be returned unused within 7 days of receipt, in saleable condition with all tags and labels attached and packaging intact. If goods are returned for exchange where free postage has been given, postage for replacement item(s) will be charged at cost. Please email in the first instance and return the goods in the original packaging giving the reason for return on the delivery note. Faulty items must be advised by email within 24 hours of receipt and returned in the original packaging for exchange or a full refund. Proof of posting should be obtained as we are unable to accept liability for goods lost in the post.
